Nate Brussee is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. As the owner and broker of West Michigan Realtors, he  has been helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties since founding the brokerage in 2017.

Located in the Westnedge Hill neighborhood of Kalamazoo, West Michigan Realtors is dedicated to providing personalized service and expert guidance throughout the real estate process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Nate gained hands-on experience in construction, working on a framing crew for a local custom home builder. His background in homebuilding laid the foundation for his expertise in land development, property renovation, and new home construction. Over the years, he has successfully developed numerous residential and commercial properties across West Michigan.

In 2024, Nate expanded his focus by establishing West Michigan Company, a development and construction firm specializing in mid-range semi-custom residential homes. His deep understanding of both real estate and construction allows him to offer a comprehensive approach to property development, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and strategic investments.

A lifelong resident of West Michigan, Nate was born in the Kalamazoo area and has spent most of his life in the region. He earned his degree from Western Michigan University in 2010, studying business and history. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nate is a dedicated husband and father of two young children.
